We aim to always match you with the perfect course to help you meet your goals. We love starting complete beginners off on their yoga and aerial journey, and no experience is ever needed to join our beginner’s groups.
From chilled-out yoga & mindfulness, through family-friendly all-ages aerial yoga, to dynamic aerial hoop, trapeze and silks we have the right course to take your fitness practice from a chore to a pleasure.
